Remaining payment must be completed at least 7 days before your travel date.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until the advance payment is received and acknowledged by Swastik Holidays.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation 15+ days before departure: Eligible for a refund (less bank charges & cancellation fee).
Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 7 days or no-show: No refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after cancellation.
